I believe that the essence of who we are radiates from within and affects our physical exterior. As a hairstylist who has worked for over 30 years in the beauty industry, I have found that impeccable hair can be effective and even transformational — initially. But limiting beliefs, negative body image & self-talk, stress and anxiety have an enormous impact on self-image. My experience has shown that real, lasting transformation occurs when we cultivate acceptance, patience and kindness in the relationship we have with ourselves. But how do you do that if you have a strong inner critic? Or painful past or present experiences around your appearance?

For more than 30 years, I have witnessed what a new style can do to a person, making them light up with confidence and love for their outer beauty, only to come back in a few weeks spewing the same self-hate statements and exclaiming how they are not satisfied with their lives. My purpose is to inspire women to consciously embrace a loving, more compassionate relationship with themselves and empower them to express their unique beauty. As a certified BodyMind coach, accredited by the International Coaching Federation, and licensed cosmetologist, holding certification as both a master colorist and master stylist. I offer clients energy-shifting tools to deeply nourish the inner beauty of self-compassion, confidence, inner peace, and much more.
